Welcome to Bambo. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Bambo mobile application and related services.

1. Use of the App

Bambo is a productivity and focus app designed to help users manage focus sessions, track progress, and access optional premium features.

By using Bambo, you agree to use the app only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.

2. Accounts

Some features may require signing in with a supported login provider. You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for the accuracy of the information you provide.

3. Subscriptions and Premium Features

Bambo may offer premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions or other in-app purchases.

Subscription prices, billing periods, and available products are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by country, platform, taxes, or promotional offers.

If you purchase a subscription through Apple App Store or Google Play:

  • payment will be charged to your Apple or Google account at confirmation of purchase
  • subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
  • your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
  • you can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings after purchase

If you do not cancel before renewal, the subscription renews automatically under the same billing terms made available at the time of renewal.

4. Lifetime or One-Time Purchases

If Bambo offers lifetime access or one-time purchases, those products grant the benefits described at the time of purchase, subject to continued availability of the app and applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service in a way that could harm Bambo, its users, or third parties.

6. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app or its features at any time, including premium features, to improve the service or comply with legal, technical, or business requirements.

7. Disclaimer

Bambo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on every device or platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Bambo.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Germany, where the developer's principal place of business is located, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.
